I previously gave this app 5 stars. However, with all of the changes, I was considered for years a lifetime Premium member, your APP had erased my status. Not everyone uses or requires AI use. Now payments have been added to premium users for years due to AI features that I NEVER used and have no need to use it and they have erased all of my work that was supposed to be in the cloud and visibly seen in my account/projects but they are gone. I wrote to customer care but not a reply & the issue isn’t fixed. It doesn’t matter because now you can only have cloud activity if a paying member for a ridiculous amount of money per year. If corrected I’d gladly change my review. But it’s difficult to give 5 stars when I have been a loyal user, to the point I deleted all other apps like this one. But trust I have uploaded them again to use. “Lifetime” doesn’t mean lifetime to Bazaart because as of August 2026 a payment is necessary to keep using the app in Premium status. Very disappointed to say the least.

I’ve been a Bazaart customer for years because I genuinely loved the app. It was one of the few apps that I was happy to support now you’ve taken basic functionality that has existed for years and locked it behind a recurring subscription while marketing it as AI tools and content that’s incredibly misleading. Let’s be honest the ability to create a custom canvas size using standard editing, features or access core functionality is not AI. rebranding long-standing features as “AI” to justify another monthly subscription feels less like innovation and more like corporate greed. companies seem to have forgotten that customer loyalty goes both ways instead of rewarding. The people who supported you from the beginning you decided to nickel and dime them while hiding behind the AI buzzword this update didn’t make me excited about the future bizarre it made me start looking for alternatives extremely disappointing.

Not good for image editing
Easy to use, nice layout/blueprint, and the ready-made prompts are helpful. But I didn’t use the image generation from scratch, I just wanted specific details changed on images I’d already taken. For that purpose, the AI on this app isn’t very mature, unable to carry out a prompt correctly or even at all, either completely ignoring an instruction, or following the instruction but with a poor outcome. The image quality is also really low so an image looks worse quality after it’s been edited than the original. Decent enough if it was £2.99 a month, but not worth £12.99 at all. Unsubscribed and deleted.

No love for the loyal
This used to be my go to app for making promo material. I was a “Premium for life” user. As of August 1st that’s no longer the case, “For life” does not mean for life, it means until Bazaart starts charging $80+ a year to use the features I used daily. My fonts, syncing and a few other basic features are held for ransom. Their reasoning is that AI cost money to use. I DON’T USE AI!! So why am I being forced to pay for it? Make a separate AI app for people that don’t have any skills!

Another Disappointed Long Time User
This is my first time ever writing an app review just because of how disappointed I am. I’ve had this app since like 2014. To see what it’s like today is so sad compared to the day I downloaded it. The most basic functions are now hidden behind a paywall and the AI functions are the forefront. I also saw how other people were complaining about paying for “Premium Forever” but you said it actually ends August 1st of this year, that doesn’t sound like “Forever” to me. Even if it said it in the fine print that it actually ends on a certain date - I think that’s not only a bad business practice but shady. I have no interest in paying you $80+ a year to use a basic tool like “remove” and my OWN fonts if there’s a possibility you just swoop in before a year ends and tell me that my premium status is over early. I understand you wanting/needing to make a profit off of this app but this is way too much. I’m unfortunately going to look for a new editing app because I doubt you’ll listen to our pleads.
