Fake coupons & Can’t create account

Giving this a 1 star.
We have a locally owned restaurant, a small business, and this app just generates fake coupons. Customers would come in and the coupons would say “15 off the entire menu”.

The address would be slightly off, but they stole our pictures too.

Went to go create an account but couldn’t. Needed to create an account to report those coupons.

Terrible app on the banking side

This app and system is clunky and ridiculously onerous to set up. Customer service is unhelpful and rather snarky. God forbid you forget your password or even want to change it…waited over an hour for the “code” to be sent to me. By the time it arrived it had expired. It is so bad I intend on closing my credit union account because I don’t trust a bank that would choose to work with this company. Avoid if you can.

Poorly implemented

Set password Then it complains it needs a number In the set password screen it does not list requirements Add a number It complains about upper lower case They have an entire screen to work with and seem unable to list requirements

And now i have this white screen with a fuzzy circle and a fuzzy line

Towing service is a joke

Called in on my way home from getting a new trailer and asked if it was covered for and the young girl I was speaking with said yes. Well guess what today the wheel hub on my trailer broke and I decided to call them up and they said it was not covered! AFTER THEM TELLING ME I WAS COVERED THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. asked to speak to a manager and Robert tinker took my name and number and I STILL have not received anything at all back from them. They are not a company of their word. BEWARE

Can’t log in

Set up without my involvement. Don’t know the password. App help didn’t provide any. There I was supposed to use a provided password which I hadn’t been provided. Ugh.

My daughter had car trouble and they came and towed her car! They were wonderfully nice and didn’t cost her anything!

Great local discounts!

I love using BaZing to get discounts at all my favorite local businesses! The burrito place down the street from me has a coupon on the app and I use it all the time! Very easy app to use and I love that it saves me money!

Great app

I love having BaZing's location services on my cell phone. I receive notifications when I'm near a BaZing deal! I've saved lots of money at a local ice cream shop.

Prescription Savings!

I was able to save $92.41 off of my husbands two prescriptions using the Health Savings Card with BaZing! His prescriptions were going to cost us $134.09 instead we only had to pay $41.68. Thank you, BaZing!

I used the Kohl's deal for 15% off a $100 purchase. Not only did they take the 15% off, they also honored my 20% off coupon I had, and applied some Kohl's cash. It turned out to be an outstanding deal.

Awesome/Useful coupons!

I saved $96.31 on 2 adult and 1 child ticket to Disney World. We purchased a 3-day park hopper pass and got 2 extra days... total of 5 days. Thanks, BaZing!

Saved money on a hotel

I used BaZing.com to book a hotel in downtown St. Louis. It cost me $117.77 a night over Labor Day weekend. Based on the estimated rate given on the hotel website, I saved $21.33!

Broken phone fixed thanks to BaZing!

BaZing helped us recently with my husband’s cell phone. He dropped it in a parking lot and the screen shattered and the speaker quit working. We used the cell phone protection from BaZing to cover the cost of our insurance deductible with our carrier. Having BaZing with cell phone protection gives us peace of mind knowing that if we break our phone, we have BaZing to help with the cost.

Great app

So glad I signed up for this account. I used the roadside assistance to unlock my car and jump it off. They arrived in 20 minutes and were fast and efficient. I have also used the app to save money at restaurants and boutiques.

Lousy options

I am very disappointed. The food coupons are only for fast food. There is an offer for my town for a business that does not exist here. I looked up Nashville TN and there are no coupons for concerts, movies, or sporting events. So nothing of any real value unless you eat a lot of pizza, sub sandwiches, and burgers at Wendy’s. This app is a waste of phone memory and a waste of the money I pay the bank each month for the “privilege” of using this app.

Awesome addition with my banking needs

I got BaZing through banking with Citizens State Bank in La Crosse, WI and I just love it! You always have some of the best deals around and I’m addicted to checking out deals now when I travel. You guys are always very responsive to correcting problems when businesses forget they are a part of BaZing and it’s very much appreciated. Keep doing big things :-)

Keep receiving username and password errors. Logged on by website after resetting password. Tried app again with new password and still receiving error.
