Wifi recessed lights are terrible
I have had 12 of these lights for about 3 years now. They are constantly loosing connection. I have even changed my network router and system in hopes that they would be better but no. I even have them set on an IoT isolated network. Still can not hold a connection. Very frustrating!
BAZZ Pot Lights
Spent over $600 on the BAZZ Pot lights, at first they works for about a year. Letting me set a timer and change the colour. But as of now I can not get them to reconnect, I’m not a fan of them as I can’t get them to connect to the app to my wifi.

Functionality
When I first got my lamp and connected it to the app, it was great and seamless. In the spring 2024, however, the app wasn’t allowing me to change the colour or turn on/ off the lamp. As of the last update at the beginning of December of 2024, I can no longer connect to the lamp. Rendering it a big paper weight in the corner of my room…

Consistent Connectivity issues
I have four cameras and a door bell camera, and quite a few lights. I find it doesn’t matter how close they are to the router they consistently failed to connect both lighting and cameras. In the first year, I had to send in my doorbell and they replaced it. However, three of my four cameras are consistently not connecting to the app and when I called Customer Support they were no help.

Mauvais interface avec caméras
Changement de page plutôt lent et très difficile à utiliser avec la caméra de la sonnette… quand ça fonctionne. Nécessite continuellement un rechargement de l’image qui prend plusieurs secondes et difficile de revoir des séquences passées. Interface très peu conviviale lorsqu’elle fonctionne! Un ré-essayer apparaît plus de 4 fois sur 5. Nette améliorations requises mais l’équipe semble plutôt s’attarder sur de nouveaux produits et tant pis pour ceux qui ont acheté il y a 1 an ou plus!

Indirect ability to view recorded video
My cameras are set for 24 hour recording. When I get a notification, it will tell me what time there was an abnormality. But when I press view, I have to scroll through from midnight to whatever time the notification gave me. For example, if I get notification at 12:30 pm, I have to scroll through from 12 :00AM all the way to 12:30 PM. This takes time. On all my other security cameras when I press view a recording it will take me directly to the time and date that the abnormality happened or movement happened. I would expect that when I press view it will take me directly to that time and date recording immediately and not have to try looking for it, as that’s what I have to do with my Bazz security camera app.

Not Apple iPhone compatible
I bought a specialized garage door controller because it was the only one that would work well with my particular garage door. After I hooked it up, however I realize that it doesn’t hook into Apple Home or Siri.
The app is kind of clunky, and without the ability to hook into the Apple home app, I’m the only one in the house who can control the garage door :-(

Flickers
The app rarely connects to the device. The lights will randomly flicker on and off and theres nothing you can do about it than to turn off the switch all together. I cant even use the product properly at times because of the flickering. And yes I read the instructions, this is happening months after using the product.

Zero support
Bought a few different cameras. One night vision barely works & the other it doesn’t record anything. Tried to contact support twice and they don’t even get back to you.

Ever since the app got updated a week ago, I haven’t been able to re-connect my light to the app, now it’s stuck in this blinding white/blue light that is just annoying. How do I fix this?

Changing colors
Programming the lights for the different seasons is lacking instruction
Warning: You cannot reset access to doorbell should you change your wifi router.
There is no method to be able to reconfigure the app to connect the doorbell with a new wifi account. It appears to be locked in permanently.
Not happy
This app and company is terrible. I bought these lights and after upgrading my iPhone the app and lights no longer work. I have made sure the Wi-Fi is set to 2.7ghz and have even tried to pair in Bluetooth mode, nothing is working for my lights. It makes no sense that this app isn’t configured for 5.1ghz yet

BAZZ smart doorbell
Doorbell works great, just would love a more adjustable motion detection sensitivity so it didn’t get every car driving by even on the lowest setting

Every time the app is updated it doesn’t remember credentials and also disconnects the device,
