Stand at Hermannstraße and look up. Six lines serve that platform, and the old board spent itself on two of them — a heading, then a row for every departure, the same M44 written out four times before the U8 got a mention. So the board became one row per line. The M44 to Buckow-Süd is one row now, with every time it leaves underneath it, counting the next one down by the second. That row is the widget's row, the same one you already read on your Home Screen, so the two can no longer drift apart. A colour runs down the edge of each so you find your line before you have read its name. Tap it and you get the stops. That is new: for a while, tapping a row opened a page with a title and nothing under it. Small things, in the places you notice them. A destination too long for one line now takes two, instead of losing its middle — the difference between Buckow-Süd, Stuthirtenweg and Buckow-Sü…tuthirtenweg. The buttons that float over the board are glass again, and the departures read through them. On the Dynamic Island, the compact view holds a symbol instead of a word cut off after one letter. The route map stopped blinking. Platform numbers stopped being clipped out of the widget, on iPad especially. When a translation or a summary cannot run, it says why, rather than looking like a button that does nothing. And the app no longer crashes the first time you open it.
