I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this application—not because of the faculty or the content, but purely due to the poor performance and unreliability of the app itself.
I am using the exact same device on which I originally registered my account, yet the app is now denying access and displaying an error message stating that my device is not the same. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an educational platform that students rely on for consistency and uninterrupted preparation.
I have not changed my phone, reset it, or even logged in from a different device. Still, the app has arbitrarily locked me out. There is no clear support channel or troubleshooting guide provided to resolve this critical issue, leaving users helpless and anxious—especially during crucial study periods.
As a paying user, I expect basic functionality like device recognition to work flawlessly. This experience has been extremely stressful and has significantly impacted my learning schedule. I sincerely hope the development team takes this feedback seriously and provides a fix or support resolution immediately.
Until then, I cannot recommend this app to any serious student. Fix your registration system before it causes more damage to students’ academic progress.

Let me please clarify the device access thing -> due to strict privacy practices by Apple, if an app is uninstalled and installed again, the app is unable to detect if it's the same user.
