Clunky, sluggish at best

For some reason, this app is not fully functional on my iPhone. It hangs up, won’t move at points will not accept data input. I really want and need this app to be fully functional, but may need to bypass it, altogether in favor of a direct phone call to BBB.. If I can get it to work, I will upgrade this rating.
