BBC credibility is on the line
It’s extremely hard to find a streaming service with such low reviews on apple IOS platform, until you actually start using it. So here I am with one more one start after only a day. I mean, everything about the app and how it has been developed and supervised seems pretty bad. I would rather searching on YouTube for unknown publishers than browsing through the contents on a BBC production streaming platform.

As a Christian woman of god I have never seen any such a thing like I’ve seen on app! Scams, Sex, Drugs, Nudity, Frauds! How dare you to criticize Donald Trump! Unbelievable! I am immediately deleting this app! Unbelievable! Just unbelievable!

I can’t watch Live TV on my iPad or iPhone. It’s saying my browser is outdated which is totally wrong. FIX IT!!
Has nothing to do with The BBC…
… maybe it has something to do with the supposed “Amer Rica” as stated in the app logo, but I don’t know what that is.

HEY, this is a PROBLEM!
I have BBC America via my TV package thru my TV provider RCN. I have tried to log in to the BBC America app on my iPhone and my iPad. When I choose RCN the screen just stays the same. It’s as if the link to the RCN login is not functional.

I just installed this app for first time
1- can't watch anything unless you pay for a subscription. So not a free, or free with ads app.
2- view is only in landscape mode, which is the view used in most tablets and TVs; and there isn't a way to change it
So, will uninstall.. it is a waste of time

Where are all the British shows???!!
I downloaded this app so I could watch British shows. Most of the shows are American shows. I have other streaming apps to watch American shows.

Can’t sign in
Can no longer even sign in to the app. The circle just spins and spins. Can’t even reach support because if you click the help link in app, it goes to AMC+ customer service. My apps and Apple devices are up to date but it hasn’t worked for a month.
Horrible app
I agree with everything 2ndLove said in their review. A year later and casting still does not function. Needless to say I am removing this app. Just not worth the hassle.

Wish I would watch live stream of BBC America again. It’s also frustrating they keep switching what shows are available to stream. Please open your whole library.

Very few shows
I was watching BBCAMERICA on my TV and the bought I would see if I could my show on the app. When I looked there were four movies,four,listed. My movie wasn’t even there. I thought this was going to be a good app but I guess not.
Piece of typical British technology crap
Downloaded the app to watch a specific tv show, yet all you see on the landing page are suggestions for a few shows. The menu bar only allows you to search their movies, no shows and there is no “magnifying glass” icon anywhere to search. Useless, no need to download.

This is a totally worthless app. No matter what I do it won’t let me sign in.

You literally can’t find shows in this app. There’s no way to watch most of the BBC America programming. There is no search function. There is a button to browse films by genre, but not shows. So the only shows you can watch are the handful of featured shows on the home screen. How can you even release a streaming app without this most basic functionality??? Most of the content that should be available is completely unreachable!
