Judging by the amount of repeats on BBC TV & IPlayer , perhaps you should fess up and call it BBC Gold. Who knows where all the money from TV licence goes!

Hit and miss
No wonder people stop paying for a tv licence when the iPlayer is a hit and miss sometimes it works and then it just stops. And should we keep paying for repeats and cooking programmes. Don’t think the BBC has kept up with the current times and just waste our money on silly things like what has the bbc done for me. Every time I see this trailer makes me wanna stop using and paying for the service.

Subtitles are a pain!
The substitutes always stop working after a few minutes into a show and they become greyed out if I try to turn them on again. I then turn on the audio description and after a few minutes, when I turn this off the substitutes magically turn on again. But it’s a pain as it can happen 10 times or more in just one episode!!

It’s easy to navigate, well designed, with so much great content from the BBC. It’s world class. Week done, Auntie!
A major flaw
The TV Guide layout on this mobile app is incredibly frustrating. It completely hides whether a scheduled show is a brand-new episode or a repeat. Furthermore, the guide is completely inconsistent—some shows are clickable early while others are locked out, giving no clear indication of why. Please add clear 'New' and 'Repeat' badges to the guide tiles so users don't have to guess or look everything up on Google!

Lunchtime news clunky
Why is there a problem streaming the hour long BBC lunchtime news 15 min late. It’s usually ok until the local news starts then it all falls apart.
