Lost my handset, bought new handset( same number) now the issues aren’t downloading in my mobile. Finally someone from the company sent Jan & Feb issues through WHatsApp.
Not recd Mar issue yet.

Issues not received
You people have cheated me of seven issues. I had a subscription for a year till April 2020. I got issues till July 2019 and then from March 2020. You skipped August 2019, September 2019, October 2019, November 2019, December 2019, January 2020, February 2020. That’s seven months. This is fraud and cheating on your part. I will put this out on social media .

Post July no issues
Issues not loading post July 2019. I have a valid one year subscription of which I have not gotten the rest of magazines. This is very bad.
