There is no rain falling anywhere in Kent Sussex or Essex

Locations not working
After an update I am nolonger able to add my location or delete other locations. Was good up until then.
Worst app ever.
Shockingly inaccurate weather app. Raining as I write this with the app saying zero chance of rain so I left work early to clean the car. Now need to finish it off when it stops. I’ll get a beer to ease the pain. App deleted.

Bug never fixed
I have been unable to add new locations in years, and have written to customer service to no avail. No help and no change. So frustrating

As the title says the weather prediction is there right in the palm of your hands, wherever you are or wherever you’re planning to go you can instantly see the weather for your day ahead or week ahead.
The BBC will keep you up to speed with sudden weather alerts so you can plan ahead safely, most of all this app has everything you need.I’d say pretty prefect 😀

Weather App
I find it very useful to see what the weather is like especially when working out when to take my dog for a walk. I usually find it pretty accurate.
Temperature degrees
It would be good to see both Celsius and Fahrenheit on the page instead of having to re-set it.

Unreliable weather forecasting
Often bears no resemblance to the met office weather information for the same area. The icons summarising the hourly forecast are generally inaccurate and give a misleading interpretation. Consistently forecasts wetter conditions than turns out to be the case especially for Northern Ireland.
Bugs
There is a problem adding locations to My Locations. It’s been like this for a while.
The forecast is overly pessimistic. The forecast for the day is selected from the worst of the weather during the 24 hour period. Which just seems mad.
The dark cloud with the single raindrop makes it look like a miserable day ahead, but almost always it is not.
The most recent functionality of swiping left right and up down is counter to how the app used to work and I still haven’t adjusted, it’s really annoying. Who decided this was a good idea!
Despite all this there is a lot to like about the app, but there are quite a few rough edges that just don’t seem to be attended to.

Ridiculous
BBC weather can’t even predict the weather on the day, says sunny all day at 9am in the morning and then when it starts raining at z9.10am changes to showers !!! Surely weather forecast can be more accurate than this and not just change when something actually happens. Yesterday it said sunny all day but was thick cloud all day. Absolutely pointless to look at bbc weather anymore

Completely wrong
I usually only use the BBC Weather app but compared to Apple’s weather app it was completely wrong this morning.
Not very accurate
I love the BBC, but I’m afraid the weather app is not providing a good service. The reliability of forecasts is poor and can no longer be a source of credible weather - when compared to competitor apps.
Why
look at others. The BBC site is as accurate as British weather allows and not unduly optimistic like other sites
Persistent inaccuracies
This app keeps issuing wildly inaccurate medium-range forecasts, in particular forecasting *several days* of rain for a week or so in advance that don't materialise. The UK's Met Office gives general forecasts for the same range and none of the detail here. It's misleading, gives people false hope and worsens water shortages because people don't economise if they think the drought is nearly over. Cut this out!

I check the app all evening for the immediate temperature and all 14 days ahead. Invaluable!
