Why limited to use in Bahrain only?!
Everytime i try to use this app while out of Bahrain, the app doesn’t work. Whyyy??? Its so annoying and inconvenient. Being raising this issue since years but nothing done about it.

HSBC customer forced to transfer over, this app simply does not work. Attempted to verify CPR many times and it just refuses to do the job.
Not up to expectations BBK !
Dear developers kindly look into the reason behind the app failing to start. I have to start & close the app several times until if am too lucky it will start and give the credentials page; otherwise most of the time it goes to blank blue screen only. This is very frustrating.!!!

The app can’t be used while developer mode is active in the name of “security”, meanwhile account passwords are 8 numerical digits. Is this a joke?
Can’t Register, Horrible and Annoying
As if the Bank employees weren’t bad enough, even their application is just as bad. I can’t even register myself on the application. I am trying to open a bank account under BBK. I’ve tried to do so but the application redirects me to a website where I have to create my ePin. And no matter whatever random set of numbers I enter, the website says it doesn’t meet the requirements. It should be easy to open a bank account but this application just makes it more difficult to do such a simple task. What’s the point of the mobile application even. As if the UI wasn’t horrible enough.

User can’t create an account
There is not a single way on earth for new users of this app to create an account. It is concerning how a bank this big can’t even create a Banking app

Cant even log in. Says i have too many attempts. So it was temporarily closed. After an hour it’s the same.

Wont load the homepage to login even. Just a blank blue screen everytime i try to open it, on wifi on 5G in bahrain in saudi, same result. Nothing…

App refuses to open
I have no idea if this was because of the previous update or not, but the app refuses to app on my phone now. I haven’t used it for around 3 months, but whenever I open the application the screen is blue the whole time and wouldn’t go into the login screen or anything. Disconnecting my internet shows an error page with a reload button but that doesn’t change anything. Can we get a fix for this? I can’t transfer money from my debit card at this rate.

Total waste
BBK already had a top fully functional app. Why replace it and a launch a new app that is not ready. It keeps crashing all the time. A connection issue is present all the time not to mention the previous layout of the app was more user friendly.
App crashes when attempting to transfer
Since this “new app” came online and you are no longer able to use the old one, I am only able to log in and see my account. When attempting to make a transfer, I select the recipient and confirm, then the app crashes and closes. Every Time. It is no use if you cannot use it.
Bad UX
Although this is better than the old app, the UX and animations are a disaster on this app. Also, when are we getting proper 2FA?

Thank you for your feedback and we will raise your comments to the concerned department. The Dual-Factor Authentication is not available for the new application as the OTP method is used for logging in and setting the device. It is also implemented for other transactions and processes such as approving the beneficiaries and conducting transfers.
Worst update ever!
So all of a sudden the old app is changed into this piece off none sense that doesn’t let me log in.
I go all the way to the bank only to be informed that GCC citizens are locked out of e-banking until NO further notice. What’s the solution, I ask? All I get back are empty stares!!!!!! Livid!!!!
