Great improvement!
Last time I checked this app, it wasn’t working as expected. It did not give me any priority.
However, I noticed now that there is huge improvement and in fact was very useful to get serviced quicker than walk-in customers.
I also loved the feature that shows you which branches have less number of people. This makes me decide which branch to choice.

Not working anymore
More than months I’m trying to get a ticket through this application but it is not working!!
So disappointing
App is no use same as getting a ticket only and wait for century
Useless app don’t install and waist time
You can’t get any benefits while using this app,

Even if you took a virtual ticket , your ticket will get delayed too much
I took normal ticket when i reach the branch , and its only 1 number different between my ticket and virtual ticket
