Developer mode
The app can’t be used while developer mode is active in the name of “security”, meanwhile account passwords are 8 numerical digits. Is this a joke?
Bad App
A bank like BBK should really consider developing state of the art app that will allow you to win more customers, the app doesn’t function correctly and when I called customer care, they are aware which shocked me that nothing is being done about it and asked to visit a branch… seriously BBK. Are you aware of how many customers you’re loosing because of this!!!! You can do a better job

ID verification
The app can’t even open the camera so I can take a picture of my ID, so I’m unable to open an account online which makes the app useless

This is the worst app I’ve ever used or will use! Even a 16 years old developer can come up with a better app and ui. A bank like you must be ashamed to have such an app of their name in the store!
