Great Mindfulness App for the whole family!
As a parent of a kindergartner, I could not be more delighted with this app. It helps my daughter, my wife, and I connect around movement and breathing. It teaches about emotions and really helps center us each day we use it. Our daughter loves showing her friends and cousins as well. This is a super helpful tool in the distanced world we find ourselves in. Great content and always adding more. Download this app!
