Rude & no customer service skills.
I made a genuine error when ordering on the app by not selecting the delivery option.
I received a call to say my food was ready & had been sitting for 15 minutes, I explained that my understood my order was for delivery to be told it’s not really his problem.
The staff member agreed to have it delivered & when it came the driver handed it over and demanded the delivery fee. We said we were not willing to pay the delivery due to the attitude of the shop staff. The delivery driver took the food away. (£35 order for £2.50 delivery fee may i add)
We visited the shop and was clearly not going to get anywhere because the staff are all as rude as the man I spoke to on the phone & the delivery driver.
Refused a refund.
The delivery driver then harassed mum whilst shouting abuse and cursing at her outside the shop.
This is a shop we have used very regularly over the years and supported the business.
Manners and civility cost nothing. No not recommend supporting this business.
