WiFi never works
Every time there is an update the WiFi never works. There was an update on the app, updated 2 days ago, and now nothing works in my house. This has happened 3 times now
Issues
After the app was updated a month ago, I have had issues giving out more than 30 min allotments for my kids. I also am having problems with every time the main screen loads it says that it might need an update but there is no new update. Please fix this, I thought by now it would be resolved which is why I didn’t report it.

Trash Service
Started out great, but I don’t know whether they have never updated it after making it — or what, but it hardly works now. Update and patch with new iOS and Android use??
App won’t load. Randomly. No rhyme or reason.
When it does, devices that are clearly online won’t populate, which is extremely frustrating when the internet is turned off to a device that won’t register to the program or devices — so you can’t enable the internet again …
Also the customer service isn’t great. Simple suggestions have them emailing you solutions you explained weren’t working correctly - to tell you what you already know.
Like a one-size fits all Router-Internet off switch, to limit access - and they roll out some tangent about needing to sort everything into a person or place to then deactivate all of that stuff also …

App is amazing
This app is very user friendly. Helps my family control all devices and be able to see what devices are connected.
