Attention arnaque ! Appli inutilisable (boutons inaccessibles) et impossible d’accéder en ligne comme le support le suggère. Maintenant je n’arrive pas à accéder à mon compte pour annuler

It can’t be refunded once you click subscribe. Even though I asked the next second right after I clicked subscribe, they still refused. They don’t even offer a free trial.

I subscribed this app an ai driven interactive tool to enhance my speaking skill. However this app mainly provides book summaries which is not clearly communicated.
I contacted support team for refund but they refused. This feels misleading as the core functionally is different from what I expected.
Would not recommend if you are looking for interactive tool for speaking practice.

I downloaded the app and payed the subscription. Now the app is not working or not taking me to the home page again and again giving some random msgs

La aplicación no funciona. Me suscribi ayer 14 de marzo y pague 11 dolares y cuando vuelvo hoy a la app a estudiar me hicieron realizar todo el proceso nuevamente para saber en que nivel estoy. Me queria cobrar nuevamente. Pero no me deja iniciar sesion desde el app. Si online pero no desde el app. Entonces para que sirve el app si tengo que usar google de todos modos. Incluso cuando inicie sesion desde el buscador me decia que mi proximo condo seria el 13 de mayo. Pero aun así el app no me deja iniciar sesion sin antes pasar por el proceso de evaluacion de nievel y luego me quiere cobrar por algo que ya pague. Quiero mis $11 dolares de regreso.
