Worst CUNY app in the system
Just based off of screenshots and reviews, this has to be the worst CUNY accessory app ever created. Outdated doesn’t even begin to explain the flaws and terrible UI experience that someone somehow managed to create. I’m a Transfer Student and my previous schools mobile app blows this one out of the water. This app is super buggy the digital ID sucks. There’s a little no useful information on the app coupled with a horrible UI. This app is straight up trash, embarrassing that the CUNY system and specifically BC has created and maintained something so disorganized and dysfunctional. I’m sure somehow CUNY bureaucracy bloat and poor internal management have lead to this app being essentially useless. In a more broader context this seems to be a CUNY funding problem in some paradoxical way it almost feels like CUNY’s are direct extension of poorly run NYC public high schools.

I don’t know why when I log in to “BC Digital ID” it keeps crashing and pops up “The application has encountered an error...”

Almost always down
4 times out of 7 it will be down if you try and open it. Needs to be fixed or scrapped.
ID for Alumni??
It would be really nice if alumni can access their alumni ID on the BC Navigator app…
Too many bugs
For Brooklyn college to move forward digitally there needs to be an efficient app to simply just get on and show your student ID which is required to enter campus. Every time I open the app it gives me a constant error message without an option to login again. Must need improvements!
doesn’t keep you logged in
It’s the only way to get inside the campus, every time you need to use it the app does not allow you in automatically. You have to sign in each and every single time or it won’t work
Can’t even open the app.
Crashes before it even loads. I tried making space on my phone by deleting pictures&apps, as well as having it be the only app open and nothing works. Saw a review suggesting to modify some of the settings of the app, didn’t work either.

Figured out how to work around bug
I think I figured out how to get the app open for those who keep having it close on them/not open.
Go to app settings and turn off auto sign in and turn off cellular data connection. Open the app without cellular data and it will cause it to reset. Turn cellular data back on and sign in.

Please fix this app. It constant lily crashes as soon as I open it. How am I supposed to get on campus if that keeps happening?
Annoyed and frustrated
The amount of times I've tried to open this app is insane. I'd love for this to work but can there please be a physical copy option? It's not convenient when the whole purpose fails repeatedly.
the bug fixes for the crashing issue on iOS 14 did not work…
It exclusively crashes on iOS 14—my phone refuses to update to iOS 15 so I literally can’t show my ID. Please fix this issue …
Absolute worst
Love you BC, but this app is a PAIN to use. Always having a hard time opening up the ID page. Have to restart it multiple times. Sometimes it crashes.
Bug
The app kept crashing and submit a bug report or get the latest update (something along those lines). I couldn’t access my ID at all to get on campus but thank goodness Cleared4Pass was available. Anyways, I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it shows my ID and green key. Please fix the crashing issue though

App is full of bugs
First day back on campus, the app kept logging me out and still continues to do so. It’s a hassle to always put it in even when you selected save username password. BC should do better than telling us it’s our network, phone, etc….if we have to utilize your systems then the least you can do is make the necessities well functioning

barely functional/actually insane
this is pretty much the only way to get on campus now that print ID's are useless, and the app will encounters a bug and denies access every time you attempt to open it. it's a real vicious cycle CUNY has going here, espc with all the cops they put at the doors to check your App exclusive ID. I guess if you ever manage to get into the app, screencap everything, cuz good luck getting in again.

App Crashes Excessively
Please fix this app it’s always crashing. Those who have IOS 14.5 and up cannot access the app without it crashing continuously!
Frustrating
App barely ever opens and when it does, it's for a few minutes and then crashes. Seriously, how can this problem be fixed????
