Do not trust this app , you scroll through the buy now vehicles and you get the massage that youv bought the vehicle, then you receive BCA terms of purchase that you are now the owner and fixed to buy !! This app and BCA are acting in a criminal manner and I will be taking action
Frustrating
A very frustrating app that is constantly logging you out, the audio and video feeds in the live sales is usually terrible on both WiFi and 5G I don’t know how many cars I’ve missed because the app is so poor and clunky. Take a leaf from the other auction houses and get BCA up to speed after all it’s supposed to be a premium service and it most certainly charges premium prices.

Signed out again
Please fix the issue where the app the signs out every day then crashes when trying to sign back in. I have missed a couple of vehicles recently because couldn’t access the auction after receiving notification 10 lots of away because I had to sign back in 🤬

Why is it logging me out CONSTANTLY
Having to log in on the website every time I open the app is incredibly frustrating - especially when at least half the time it then says 'something went wrong' and sometimes it only works on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. It was fine before the update. What was wrong with logging in on the app itself and using Face ID or even a pin?

Time to time I dont recieve notifications and most of the time it logs me out so I miss the cars. Its really annoying

Fraud Scam Engine Head gasket Failure
Mostly car they sell with Green report mentioning No issues but after picking up and driving you realise Head Gasket Gone and if you keep driving to reach Home your engine will completely blow up happened with me 8 times in 6 Months
