Keep logging me out. So it’s not convenient to pull up the app when I need the assistance.
No updates for tow
Terrible app. You can request the tow, but no information and no status updates. The app resets as if it was never requested. I was told it was three hours for a tow, just to find the driver calling me after 30 minutes asking where I was - why? Because this app is beyond useless.

Live tracker disappeared after receiving a second text on request updated.
Had to call in to get status update, very bad experience, and it’s my first time calling tow service.

As of January 14, 2026 I am unable to log into the app. Where I go to enter in my email and password when I click on the box, the app does not bring up my keyboard. So I am unable to login into this mobile application because of some glitch. Please update the app so people can login again.

My daughter had a flat tire in Langley on a weeknight at 7:45 and received a message saying someone would be there by 11:50pm. When I called CS to find out why it would take 3 hours I was told it’s been very busy lately. Sorry, excuses is not what I’m paying for. I can call a tow truck without having a useless membership.
