This app is garbage
You can’t look anything up. Every time you try to pick an option you get an error page. Nothing works. You have to go to the actual website and even then you have to really hunt for anything. Very frustrating!

App does not work. I deleted the app, reset my password, logged in and out, and EVERY single time it says system error and won’t let me use any functions of it at all

Keep logging me out. So it’s not convenient to pull up the app when I need the assistance.
No updates for tow
Terrible app. You can request the tow, but no information and no status updates. The app resets as if it was never requested. I was told it was three hours for a tow, just to find the driver calling me after 30 minutes asking where I was - why? Because this app is beyond useless.

Live tracker disappeared after receiving a second text on request updated.

As of January 14, 2026 I am unable to log into the app. Where I go to enter in my email and password when I click on the box, the app does not bring up my keyboard. So I am unable to login into this mobile application because of some glitch. Please update the app so people can login again.
