Not even fuction

This app seem to be inoperative, its work just fine for notification but when you wish to do other things with this app, it will piss you off, for example i try to transfer money to my phone, it would said "incorrect phone number" but i have used it with this phone before and sometimes it doesnt even connect to the network.
