Stopped working completely
Gave this two stars only because it worked in the beginning. Now it doesn’t even send alerts. I’ve tried everything from profile fixing to uninstall and reinstall. This app no longer works. There is no app support, they only have contact for selling. This review doesn’t include all the bugs in the app itself when it’s working.

SLOW!
This app has substantially gotten worse over time. Originally, this app was convenient and helpful as getting the call and mapping when the call came in helped crews get to calls more efficiently as well as giving some what pertinent information. Now the notifications come in 5 minutes after the call comes in. This app is no longer helpful. Please fix the delay issues. Thanks
