Stupid Idea
Confusing to use and shouldn't even exist. Why do we need an app for everything? I resent being forced to use an app and disclose personal information just to access public services like swimming.

It never remmber my password. I use a password manager and i still need to use forget password every time. This app is made by noobs.

Got several parking tickets because notifications donât work
This app is really useful, I love the feature where you can free up your spot and get credit towards a future parking.
The system generally works, sometimes is a little buggy, but usually you can choose your parking tone and pay pretty easily.
However, Iâve had several parking tickets because this appâs notifications donât work, despite me having them turned on to give banner notifications, sounds, text messages, the whole nine yards. Iâve made sure my phone is allowing all these notifications, Iâve made sure the app has them turned on, Iâve updated my phone and the app to the latest versions, but for months and months the notifications donât work at all. They used to work, but not for the past several months.
Please fix it, you guys have cost me $200 in parking tickets.

Having a citizen card I use every day is so useful for my gym, library and parking. The app needs some polishing but it looks like itâs improving these days
