Super convenient
Super convenient for purchasing my weekly tickets. The only thing I wish it could do is when you win a free ticket give you the option to buy the 1$ extra. Also would be cool if you could scan and credit hard copy tickets to your account.

This app is absolutely freaking frustrating. I’m playing live casino in the middle of a hand then all of a sudden logged out due to inactivity? I’m playing live casino how the H-E-LL am I inactive? U DEVS need to get it together… maybe you should use Claude AI to code your app. It probably work better.
To the peeps complaining that nowhere is it mentioned that using a credit card.adds a cash like transaction fee… why would it it’s not a BCLC Lotto app thing it’s your credit card provider dummy they all do that! Look at your fine print.

Should be able to set a win limit for notifications re: notified if a win is over $10,000 so i don’t have to waste my time logging in for free ticket or $1 wins.

Every time I want to withdrawal my winnings, I follow direction and when it comes to putting debit card password, it kicks me out.
Extra selection on free play tickets
The app is great but maybe a couple of minor addition would be nice. If the ticket has free play, we should be have the option to get the Extra just like on the kiosk. Also if we scan a winning ticket with a free play, we can purchase tickets digitally and void the ticket that has been scanned.

UX suggestions
1. When user check their ticket, show the results with graphic illustration containing which of the numbers are matched. Not just ‘This ticket is not a winner’.
2. At home page, it will be better to make navigation easier to reach results for other products from LottoMax. Keep Lottomax result at the home page, then put buttons that directly lead to other results by single click.
