Every time I want to withdrawal my winnings, I follow direction and when it comes to putting debit card password, it kicks me out.
Extra selection on free play tickets
The app is great but maybe a couple of minor addition would be nice. If the ticket has free play, we should be have the option to get the Extra just like on the kiosk. Also if we scan a winning ticket with a free play, we can purchase tickets digitally and void the ticket that has been scanned.

UX suggestions
1. When user check their ticket, show the results with graphic illustration containing which of the numbers are matched. Not just ‘This ticket is not a winner’.
2. At home page, it will be better to make navigation easier to reach results for other products from LottoMax. Keep Lottomax result at the home page, then put buttons that directly lead to other results by single click.

I tried to buy lotto tickets before cut off at 7:30pm.
Only to find out cut off is 7:21pm.

Try to withdraw your money , the app will logged out or close, its doesn’t do that when we deposit money,

I won $5 and when I scan it says this ticket is not a winner. Your system is wrong?? That’s concerning to me as I use the scan and have thought it was always correct. Have I thrown away winning tickets in the past because of a flaw in your system!!!!

Not very accessible via Voiceover
Blind and Low-Vision users cannot navigate this BCLC app — many of the buttons that sighted users would tap on are undeclared via Voiceover’s accessibility navigation.
Developers: always test it blindfolded, navigating by sound through VoiceOver without looking, before releasing an update.
While I have reported this issue to customer service over a month ago the problems still exist. Please keep trying I am finding it extremely frustrating that I cannot check my results on my online account. It’s much easier to be able to scan a real ticket but then I can’t do the multi draw option (never miss a draw) without paying for it in advance
