The odds offered by the proline book can be described in one word , AWFUL! It almost impossible to find a book with worse odds
Won’t open
It used to work just fine. Now it’s telling me to update the app, and it just won’t work. Tried on iPad as well and it keeps telling me to enable location services. Makes no sense they must be losing thousands of bets

Just updated the Proline App - after downloading from the App Store, asks you to enable Location Services (which are enabled) and then after you confirm, App just closes !!

Was looking forward to trying the app for some tennis bets…tried to open app and it keeps telling me “network error please try again”…I gave up after several tries, even reloaded the app a couple of times, very disappointing
Good interface and easy to use
Overall it’s great when at a venue or store with a proline machine. Can make bets fast and use cash without making an account.

HORRIBLE BOOK
Probably the worst odds you can get in a sportbook. BC is the worst province for gaming options due to their monopoly. Be sure to vote out the NDP.
Garbage app cost me $$$
The only way to do a proline ticket these days and the QR codes never work. Have lost so many effin winning tickets when going to get them printed at a lotto booth. Can’t believe they pay people so develop useless apps

I rarely provide reviews but when I see something so ridiculous, feedback is required.
I can understand how a lottobc employee came up with this concept but how does the team responsible for rollout allow this to be public.
I have to assume lottobc knows their competitors in the betting space, why would you release a “kitten” in a room full of “tigers”?

Scan ticket
Tried to scan my proline ticket, says product not supported see retailer. I’ll stick to the other sites I use. This is a fail.
Needs lots of improvement
Absolutely terrible odds. No wonder players are using offshore apps.
Prop lines constantly change
Prop bets are constantly being changed so I would make a slip then go to scan it only to be told it doesn’t work so I have to make the slip again with the new odds. It’s super annoying and stops me from betting props.

It’s just sad how bad bclc.. was looking forward to this new app “improved odds”. It’s literally gotten worse. Give us something comparable to draft king. They love taking our money but hate having to pay us
