App not working
I used to be able to play for fun but now when I click and try it just brings me to a blank screen

2025 issue
Can’t open the app, they have an update version. You have to delete the app and reinstall. Playnow has so many issues, you’d think with all the money BCLC has you’d think their tech department would be excellent…
latest update accessibility problem
I really like the app, particularly ‘play for fun’ which I play about 5x a day. However latest update has added hi graphic motion and sparkle effects which cannot be turned off. Unusable now for users with light-triggered seizure disorders or migraines. Please add an option to turn off the graphic effects. Prior to this update I’d have rated the app 4 or 5 stars.

Does Not Accept Code
I’ve keyed it in 10 times. Error message each time.
Can’t sign in
It said my email already existed, I’ve never used this app before nor the sign in process. Why put an access code on the scratch ticket, if your app doesn’t work!?
What a joke
You should make the fun games as equal as the games redeemed by code. Literally win when you play for fun and always says how much you could have won then when you try the real game you never win!

You cannot register if you are in the USA, so you cannot win any prizes, which makes it fun!

Why is this in the US App Store?
App doesn’t work
When trying to log in with my tech the halls account, it tells me to check my email and password which are correct.
I even went as far as to change the password through tech the halls which I was able to log into just fine. Upon doing so and trying to log into this app, it take me to the terms of service page, to which I try to agree and then the app just says session time out and starts telling me my to again check my password and user name.
BCLC really oughta make sure that this app starts working, as some people buy the scratchers because of the online play code, and if you aren’t able to use it, then you aren’t really providing the product advertised.
Quite frustrating.

Tried to make an account and won’t let me put my birth year in. I’m 19 and I keep trying to put in 2000 and it switches back to 1998
