BRING BACK PINNACLE!!
Im an above average student, and I do well in school. Recently, my mom installed this app. SHE AND HER BOYFRIEND CHECK EVERY DAY. It puts this pressure on me to overwork myself. Although I have good grades, sometimes they won’t look good. Meaning I would have to wait for an assignment to be graded so I bring my overall grade up. I don’t want to have the things that energize me taken away, like drawing or talking to friends. I wish I had more privacy.

The App is very “complicated”
I've lost access several times. When I need it, it never works. I've had to go to the school to get my access restored, have them review the parent information on file, and it's always a mess. The last time, I could see the grades but I couldn't see the test results or the grade report. It seems like I have two profiles. It's a disaster.

Parents are told to use this app for information about their kids including grades but I can’t get past the required forms page for them. Today I don’t even see their names, can’t get to the main menu and the content of the screens I have tried, overlap each other. Who tested this app?
Never works
Information in this app often disappears. Children are no longer visible. It is actively preventing parents to track progress of their children. A terrible mistake of those who decided to use this app with serious consequences to those children that need the support.
microsoft sign in just doesn’t work at all
it just sends me to the garbage website not the actual app ui
Blank page
This app need to fix. It’s does not work properly. Always show blank page after you log in for a while and does not work.
Keeps signing me out
I would give this app higher stars if they did not log me out everytime I switched between apps. It’s quite annoying trying to take attendance and having to sit there and type in my long username and password. I really hope they fix this bug.
Update please
The app seems good, when you can actually get into it. I use it once in the day and then leave to do some other things and go back to check later on and it’s completely white screen. I have to kill the app and then login again, and sometimes restart the phone. Update the app please to fix the bugs!
Language Settings
It’s automatically changed to my dominant language. I’d rather have it in English because the translation is awful. But there’s no language options.
Worst App Ever
I can only log in once before app freezes up. I get a white screen and am forced to delete and re install. So frustrating.

#1 opp like my mom did not have to know abt that 40 I got on my science test what the flip. someone get pinnacle back cuz my mom did not know how to use it correctly and she thought I was the smartest student even though I got 60s on my english tests. atleast my average was okay! 🎀😋 but yeah someone get this off xx 🥰✌️

Great in theory, but never works
I really like this app, it is much better than having to log into multiple apps/accounts to see what is going on with my kids. My issue is the functionally of it though. Every week or so it kicks me out and when I go to log back in the app tells me permission declined. I then have to delete the app and re-install it before it can sign back into the see my kids info. I never have any problems in my computer though. And my phone is up to date with the software so I don’t know what the issue is that causes this. Needs improvement. Want to like it.

Needs to be updated!!!
This app needs a major upgrade. It works for one day & the next day, it can’t be accessed! I have to either restart my phone or delete the app & download it again in order for it to work. Teachers are also complaining that the app is not “user friendly.” Maybe go back to the original way or work on fixing this one.

Very unfriendly
This app is definitely not one of the frienliest apps. One cannot easily find all the information needed, and rely on going to the web to find it. Kids are finding it unfriendly as well. It should not have been deployed if it was not working as intended. Could it at least accept face recognition to activate it? Very annoying to have to type in credentials every time it needs to be accessed?

About this app…
Great app, but just one MAJOR problem. It keeps on logging me out automatically, and one time my mom wanted to check my grades, and asked if I logged out for her. And I have to continually keep on logging in.
