Terrible app
Ok local coverage, but the app sucks. Why no listings? Why no +/-15 second capability during recorded games? Strong bias towards boys games for high school sports.
Can’t save log in
This is the only app on my phone of thousands of apps that does not save your username and login after you’ve entered it.
What is this 1999?
In order to get a BCSN+ account if you’re not already a Buckeye Broadband customer you have to go through a hilarious set of steps: 1) call some random number and give them all your personal info - including SSN#, 2) wait 20 minutes on hold while the operator relays all that information to some guy in India to setup your account. 3) give her your preferred password over the phone.

Won’t launch
Should have known anything by buckeye would be a low quality pirate of you know what. Downloaded over and over again. Tries to launch then goes black. Can’t even use the thing. Awful app. Do not even waste your time.

Never loads, frequent crashes, not user friendly. Bad!
Great coverage
If you’ve got kids, and you’re in the Toledo area it makes sense to either buy this and pay for it or just get Buckeye Cable (internet lol).. They’ve been doing the local sports for like 25 years and it looks pro. Video navigation could be better, but this a local app that basically does this as a charity for the kids that play sports or perform concerts it just can’t be topped. They also do Mudhens and Walleye on the live stream. Decent art shows and other community stuff too.

Absolute Garbage
The result of having a monopoly on NE Ohio. This app is absolute garbage. It freezes, won’t save your user name or password, and appears to be developed over a weekend bender. Buckeye should be ashamed.
Don’t waste your money
Compared to the old app, watching videos is not very user friendly. You used to be able to skip forward and backward a few seconds. Now you have to drag the bar and it is very difficult to do without skipping ahead 20 minutes. When you are casting it to a tv, it’s even worse. The picture will stay paused on the frame where you left off but the sound still plays. You have to exit the broadcast to fix this but once you exit, it starts you all the way back to the beginning. I have watched one game on this format and I am already canceling my account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP UNTIL THEY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD this app if your not a overpriced buckeye customer
My son is playing in a game Monday night that will be broadcast on BCSN+, downloaded the app hoping family that can’t be there could watch - NOPE you have to have a buckeye broadband login in order to even access the app. Completely ridiculous!
