BCtap encompasses Build Change’s 6-step construction value chain methodology and guides users through their resilient housing programs, from collecting homeowner and site data, to sharing information, to designing the home, accessing financing, construction and quality supervision, and reporting. Developed, tested, and iterated on in over 26 countries, BCtap has helped prevent disaster and rebuild safely after more than 40 earthquakes, windstorms, floods, and fires.
