Extremely inefficient
One of the worst apps developed, seems to have been made by amateur school kids. In this day and age such poorly developed app for the biggest diamond bourse in the world is very surprising. Takes toooo long to book simple appointments. Just a waste of time & money.

The worst application ever used for appointment basis
Most of the time app doesn’t work n just crash suddenly at the time of important working hours it just shows the loyalty not to work on time as per bdb criteria. N if you call there back office for help they will blame you and will ask you to restart your phone but still it will not work and error will occur
