Poor quality app
App very unstable and have to try to login multiple times. Limited functionality compared to website. No option to “signout”. Needs a “remake”

A banking app that lacks & crashes
Unfortunately this app doesn’t support biometric login (face or Touch ID). And it relies on the web application for its interface which causes the app to crash especially when tapping a dropdown list. I do not recommend

Why don't you make the log in with facial recognition?
Good app but need speed improvement
I actually like the app I manage my Egyptian bank account overseas it’s user friendly. The only downfall is the speed, the app runs a little bit slow but overall not bad.
