Product availability not accurate
I’m a fairly new customer and it’s been twice out of my 3 orders that either they’ve canceled and refunded because they are out of stock. I love their products, just hate that I get excited about certain orders I place to later find out they were out of stock and having to deal with contacting for status of refund. Wish the app product availability was accurate and show out of stock as soon as they’re no longer available

Unresponsive and no working phone number
We purchased 300$ worth of prints and received 90% of them really quick. But our packing list showed we had received everything and that was not the case. We tried the provided phone number and it was disconnected. We emailed and they never responded. We left messages on their social media accounts and no response. We had hoped it would be resolved by a response of any kind but that has not happened. Their vague release of liability was dodgy and y’all should order at your own discretion
