They put me in trouble without any notifying trip cancellation
I purchased a ticket of Roadmaster Bus, but the bus trip was cancelled due to the less ticket sold.
But no one informed me that until I made a call to the bus counter. It was a horrible and embarrassing situation for me in front of my family. After I told them the situation all they do is say sorry and refund. If they provide the cancellation information at least one hour I can manage another bus. But I waited 12:15 to 4:30 for the next bus whereas it was too important to reach dhaka at night. Sorry and refund cannot make any changes because you cost the time.
I will never use this platform and never ever suggest my friends as well.

আমার একটা টিকেটের টাকা আটকে আছে, ওটা উঠাইতেও পারি না। ওটা দিয়ে নতুন টিকেট ও কিনতে পারি না। ব্যালেন্সে টাকা যোগ করার অপশন বানান। আর ১৬৪৬০ এটা ভাওতাবাজি নাম্বার । ফোন দিলেই বলে কাস্টমার কেয়ার এর লোকজন ব্যস্ত। টাকা ঠিকি কেটে নেয়।
