The worst app experience I have ever had in my life
Just buy a router from another manufacturer and forget about the app
App doesn’t work
The app has never worked for a month, I’ve called Bezeq 3 times, they keep telling me to wait 3 more days. The problem is you can’t do anything on the router without the app, so no changing passwords, change child protection locks, block ports, add devices, etc. Normal stuff that every internet router does since 1991.
Israeli companies: stop designing terrible broken apps. Every router on Earth has a bad UI at 192.0.0.1, but at least it works.
Also, this is the number one ISP of “high tech nation”.

אפליקציה הכי גרועה בעולם!!!!
אחרי כל פעולה שעושים חייבים לצאת לחלוטין מהאפליקציה ולפתוח מחדש, כי אף אחד לא חשב להוסיף כפתור ״אחורה״. תכנון גרוע של ממשק משתמש. הייתי מצפה ליותר מחברה שמציגה את עצמה כהכי טובה בארץ. פשוט בושה.
בושה בימינו אפליקציה הזויה
לא ידוע לי אם זה הנתב או האפליקציה. אני מחובר לנתב אלחותית ויש מכשיר מחובר בכבל רשת והאפליקציה מראה 0 מכשירים מחוברים. לאחר אתחול הנתב מחבר עוד מחכיר אלחותי ואז מנתר אותו, האפליקציה מראה מכשיר מחובר, גם כעבור 3 דקות ורענונים מרובים! זאת לא אפליקצית ניהול נתב. אין קשר בין המציאות למה שהאפליקציה מראה. בנוסף הUI גרוע… לחברה טכנולוכית הייתי מצפה ליותר. בגרסא הנוכחית האפליקציה מיותרת סתם תופסת מקום בטלפון!
