Uglier and Less User-Friendly
What was wrong with the initial app? This one is so simplistic (but ugly and looks cumbersome). The other app worked excellent, I was able to look at multiple studios quickly and with a clean interface. Now? It’s like generic AI junk. Go back to the one with sleek interaction and shows the instructors faces and doesn’t make it as square and plain as it is now.

please get the calendar reminder backkkk!
Since the beginning of this year, even though I have full access to my calendar, I no longer receive reminders from it. Please restore that feature!

Lack of Communication and Unresolved Issues
I’ve been trying to resolve a serious issue with my account at BE Fit Studio, but unfortunately, my concerns have been ignored.
It’s frustrating to be ignored when all I’m seeking is clarity and a resolution. Cannot recommend taking any classes here due to management.

It Needs work
I like how simple and easy it is to use the app, but one thing I wish I could see was the full names of the locations.I live near two that I can’t see unless I click on one and refresh the screen. Also, it doesn’t update the location when I click on a different one. I had to delete the app and reload it for it to bring up the right one. Other than that I was able to select my class easily.
