I’ve got a few of the Glenn Harrold self hypnotherapy guides but this is my favourite. It really does alter your mindset and helps you feel grateful for and happy with what you have rather than focusing on what you are missing. Highly recommended!

I can't rate this app high enough! I'm speechless! I just did this guided meditation and I actually laughed out loud with joy while in a deep state! I'm in love with this one! Thank you!!!

Hello. Sorry to hear this, please try re-installing the app. 1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and signed in with the same Apple ID. 2. On the home screen hold down the app icon for a few seconds and press X. This will uninstall the app. 3. Then go to the App Store and tap on More... then Purchased. Or on iPad just tap Purchased (bottom right). 4. Re-download the app. 5. Open the app. 6. Press Restore (top right) a few times. 7. You may find that turning your phone on and off again and then reopening the app fixes it. I do hope this helps but if not please email us directly at sales@hypnosisaudio.com

Doesn’t work in iOS 8
I used this for about a month in iOS 7 and it was excellent, and inspirational… but be warned that it crashes on start in iOS 8. Don’t pick this up now; wait until they fix the bug…. and then snatch it up, because it’s well designed, well voiced, and a quality product.

Helps me "be happy"
I suffer from depression and anxiety and I've tried nearly every hypnosis app in the App Store to no avail. I came across this one day and it sounded perfect for me. So I got it and I love it! Glenn's voice is so soothing and his words are so positive. I feel so refreshed and optimistic after I listen! I'm very happy with my purchase!

When it's time, it's time
This is an excellent ap. the production value is high. The guy is legit and, bonus, his voice is even pleasing to the ear. If you're really in a place where you're not just looking to be happy but you're ready to take some action to make it happen then this will work well for you. You need to be ready though. I'm very pleased and I use this often as it works to override my innate/default negativity and turn my days around when I'm down.

It works!
I haven't used this app for the suggested 30 days but I do use it when I'm feeling depressed and it really does make me feel better. It even helps me sleep at night.
THE best hypnosis app out there!!
You will NOT be disappointed if you download this app. I have purchased at least a dozen different apps in an attempt to get rid of my depression, anxiety, sadness and never ending negative thinking-all to no avail.
But I must tell you in one short week I am finally coming out of the depression and have not had any anxiety in two days! YEAH ME!
Glen Harrold is Amazing. I have never reached such a deep state of hypnosis and relaxation before now.
I am certain I am now well on my to the fulfilling and happy life I have been searching for, for over twenty long years. Thank you so much.

Its like magic. I went to the most beautiful place while listening to it.
Ridiculous.
I'm in shock at how this company can think they can charge £2.99 for an app like this. Plenty of apps do this better and for FREE. The voice is incredibly annoying it verges on patronising and sounds sarcastic making it far from relaxing. Browse around please this one is not worth it.
