BeHot is life changing for me
I’m so grateful I was invited to a class here. Hot mat workouts have been revolutionary for my health issues with the sweating, the breathing, and being barefoot. This business is truly amazing - there are so many classes each day, and the app makes it easy to create your own schedule. Thank you!
Fun and renewing
Such a fun atmosphere, I love the vibe. The only complaint I have is that the sound vibrations the instructor did at the beginning and end of class were extremely loud I had to plug my ears... although I don’t know if that was because I was located nearby the speakers.

So Convenient
I love being able to check the schedule on my phone. It’s so easy to book a class, and the fact that it sends me a reminder an hour before the class starts is a life saver.
