I could not reccomend be hot enough! I moved to stg in April & I’ve been going to be hot ever since! The classes are all so fun & I always leave feeling like I had the best work out!

Dani Andrew is Be Hot
Dani lends a meaningful depth to my practice that is cherished and irreplaceable. There is something to be said about those who have walked through the fire and lead others to do the same. No training can teach that kind of depth… that is something that must be experienced and cultivated through hardship and insight. Dani has that authenticity and pushes others to go through their own discomfort to find their power. She not only pushes me physically, emotionally and spiritually in one hours time but the beautiful all-encompassing connection I have felt in her class through sweat, tears, movement, falls and breath are legit sacred and strengthen my practice in all the ways. I want to express my gratitude to Dani for guiding me on my path through the tears, falls and flow of my practice. Sending a big namaste to her and others with an open heart.

Inspiring
I seriously love this place sooo soo much and it has been such a healing place for me. I love working out here and going to the coffee shop to work. I can literally spend all day here working and going to the class. Get a membership you won’t regret it 💓💓💓💓💖💖💖

Seriously though! I LOVE it here!!! The instructors are all so wonderful. I am a beginner and they make me feel welcomed and comfortable at my level of practice. I’m so grateful I have found something that I love and can go to so that I can “get away” and get a workout while doing it! Thanks for being so great!!

Saving grace through Covid 19 pandemic
So happy to have this app to fill the hole in my communal Yoga practice @ BEHOT YOGA. I can find just what I need to feel “normal” anytime, day or night, a meditation, a guided practice, and so much more, thank you BEHOT.

Be hot yoga
I started be hot a month ago and I love love it , but sometimes it’s nice to just do it at home with the app so glad I started yoga at behot!!
This Is GENIUS!! So Convenient!
As a small business owner and Mama, the juggle is real! I only wish I would’ve started using this app sooner. While it is so nice to get away and feel the vibe at the yoga studio, it’s not always an option. Life happens. We all juggle responsibilities and sometimes self-care gets left behind. This app makes it so much easier to take care of yourself, even when you can’t make it to a class at the studio. I’m so excited to use this when I travel as well.
Tonight, I promised my kiddos a movie night, totally forgetting I normally attend yoga. Now I don’t have to choose. I get to do yoga from home, at my convenience, and I can still have movie night with them. It’s a win-win!! I LOVE this and you will too.

Possible lower quality video?
I know this is a ridiculous request. This studio changed my life and I was so happy that this app exist so I could take the classes home which is so far away and rural. While everything loads I can’t actually play the videos is there any chance of options for slower playback? Wifi out here is so slow someday I hope I can get just a little more so I can follow along. What a wonderful App, teachers, and place. I miss BeHot everyday!

It’s great for traveling and people who are on the go. I can’t always make it in the studio so this is a great alternative.
Best yoga app out there
This is perfect for when I can’t make it to the yoga studio. I love all of the different at home options this app gives me. I am a beginner and this is easy for me to follow.
At home practice
I love having the option to practice with my favorite instructors at home or on vacation. When I am not able to make it to the studio, but still need to move my body, this is such a great option! Thank you Behot for providing this great app.

I love this app! Of course I love attending classes in the studio, and I do so as often as possible, but sometimes it’s simply just not possible. I’ve loved having access to some great courses right at home. I’m still learning in my practice (but aren’t we always?) and I much prefer being led by a teacher rather then being left to my own devices. This app makes it possible wherever and whenever.
