Very Frustrating
today the first two drivers canceled in the next three I had canceled after waiting 15 minutes and watching them going the wrong direction. Not good.

Their cleaners will cancel if they know you’re a foreigner. Extremely discriminatory. Do not use this app.

Same quality ride as Grab but much cheaper..
Customer service is slow
I had a bad experience with this food delivery app. The driver called me back and criticized me for ordering from a restaurant he said was too far away, which was very unprofessional. When I reported the issue, the app did not properly resolve the problem or protect the customer. Very disappointing service.

No option to pay for delivery in cash. Tries to force you to use icloud and electronic payments. Also will not accept the correct address. Deleted and first attempt to use it.

Payment settings design needs to be improved
At the payment windows, payment options need to be shown clearer, instead of a tiny little square at the down left of the app. Also it must match the payment in settings, not setting to cash every damn time
Safety issue
Customer service is terrible. I had safety issues but customer service still hasn’t responded after a month. Also, driver account sharing seems common on this app, as the driver didn’t match their profile. Stay alert when using this app.

Xin phép đánh giá app 1 sao ạ. Trước đây cũng hay dùng dịch vụ của be để đặt xe, nay mình xem vé máy bay để mua đang thao tác giữa chừng có việc nên tạm để đó, hồi quay lại thì bị khóa tài khoản không đăng nhập được trong 24 giờ, thôi chuyển qua dùng app khác cho lành

Hy vọng giữ phong độ quản lý tài xế tốt về xe ăn mặc ngọn sạch sẽ quan trọng nón bảo hiểm cho khách luôn chất lượng và không có mùi hôi và quá bẩn tôi đánh giá cao về BE
