Downloaded the app less than a minute ago and already got a call to help someone with their dishwasher setting it was quick , easy , and felt great everyone should sign up to volunteer! <3

首先我作为一个健全感受的人想要一起的建议是1.下载软件后没点击允许通知就无法继续（误触）这个其实没问题，但是我就要开启了通知之后进入页面发现卡顿不动了，需要我重启软件后重新加载，2.比较重要是为什么会不允许通知因为有广告和推送习惯性拒绝了，虽然后续知道会分开，可以单独拒绝广告，但是确实好几个拒绝之后就是手快会继续拒绝，希望提高着误触几率，或许确认一下？不然我想到的是视障人士他们误触了还要找到后台去打开也许并不是那么轻易能做到的，广告是支持软件存在的根本可以理解也许前面几个都是基础信息的可同意开启麦克风通知之类的，在可以正常进入软件之后再推送呢？可能有点强人所难了，就是我作为一个正常人都因为未开启通州寻找怎么开启而感到麻烦 不知道视障人士是否更麻烦 提出建议 希望看见 谢谢

Got my first call today and it worked amazingly! I helped an older blind gentleman send email copies of his insurance card. He was so appreciative and we had a nice little chat too!

I love this app. As a sighted person, helping the visually impaired is easy! I have answered too many calls to count and everyone is grateful for the help!
Some bugs
I had gotten my first call and unfortunately I had to disconnect with the woman early because she was showing me bracelets and when I went to use the flash light feature it made the entire screen blurry.
Volunteer!
This app is amazing and helping will make you feel so good. Just be sure you’re really available when you take a call, because it could be long and it could be a navigation call which can be intimidating and take a while. I would still say absolutely sign up.

Não me recordo desse app alguma vez ter dado algum problema. É muito facil de utilizar e bastante intuitivo. preserva a privacidade de ambos os lados. Sem contar, que é gratificante toda vez que ele emite um alerta.

I have answered three phone calls and they’ve been flawless. I am personally blind in my left eye and feel that helping others with my one good eye is a blessing. The people I have helped have been so thankful also.
Accessibility improves quality of life
I couldn't imagine getting through my day without this app. It has improved the quality of my life 100%. I especially like the AI function. I use it every morning to read the screen on my blood pressure machine. I use it to read receipts. I use it to figure out what color makeup I am putting on my face. His app has brought accessibility into the 21st-century. And the fact that I do not have to pay for it is a plus even though if I had to, I would.

Tremendously helpful for the blind. Both the AI OCR as well as the volunteer callers provide a great service. Easy to use. Integral part of my every day or every week life.

Game changer
I want to thank the developers for this app, which I find to be very accurate, easy to use and very compatible with my iPhone and also Meta glasses. It is one of the most responsive and accurate apps I have found as a visually impaired person. As a pastor, it has revolutionized my ability to quickly scan and read documentation and scan my surroundings. Thanks again for the work on this game changing app.

Add time window options
Volunteer: I’m a night owl and my aunt told me about this app since I could be a rare person available to help at, say 3am. Then I find out you only get calls btwn 8am and 9pm in your time zone. You should give the option to “work” the hours you want to. And yes I realize other time zones are available when it’s 3am in my area but do you really want to put a restriction on when people can help someone who needs it?

I have never felt this particular sense of good in humanity until signing up for this app. I am so happy i found this app, it brings me so much joy being able to help out whenever someone is in need! 10/10 would recommend !

Man bekommt zwar nur sehr selten einen Anruf aber wenn ist es immer eine sehr schöne Interaktion mit den Menschen.
A few minutes can really help
I love this app. It gives you a simple way to help someone who is blind or has low vision with an everyday task that might only take a few minutes. You answer a video call, lend your eyes for a moment, and hopefully make somebody’s day a little easier. It’s easy, worthwhile, and a great example of technology actually bringing people together.
