amazing app just some suggestions
the app itself is amazing! i just feel like there could be some newer things that will make things way easier, there should be an option for us as the call receivers to say what we’re good at so you can say what you’re looking for and it could read out what your mainly good at helping with to the person with the visual impairment/blindness before the call connects

I've been a member for a year and today I receive my 1st call. It's a man that needs help in looking for a bench near sidewalk, he said he need a seat to perform. This experience makes me feel bless and thankful that there's an app like this to help those who can't see the world.
Used to be a good app

It's really useful for me, I have blurred vision and tunnel vision in the right eye since PVD. The app and desktop versions are excellent and fast. My only problem is I keep hitting "Get support" and it trying to call someone, haha, which I don't need. But that's my big thumbs. Great work on a useful app which has helped me instantly read lists etc which are either too far away or too small. 👍

Community Matters More
I have been on this app for a handful of years and can say this app does more than just assist people in their day to day lives with activities most of us take for granted. There’s typically a nice chat in the call where you get to meet someone new and they are always so thankful that the app exists. From picking the right item at the grocery store to setting the washing machine on the right temperature or helping confirm that their clothes are matching, everyone can help make a difference. I love this app and the help it provides seeing that I will most likely be a user on down the road and not a volunteer.

Es wäre gut wenn man die Updates Beschreibungen auch in deutsch bekommt weil es viele gibt die vielleicht nicht so gut englisch können und es wäre gut wenn der suport von Be My Eyes auch in deutsch verfügbar ist vielen dank

Ringing tone
This app is wonderful and I wish I had more calls. The one thing I’d like for the team to consider is the ringing tone. Although very nice, I find it too quiet even when the volume is at max. As we don’t know when to expect a call and while busy on other activities, it takes me 3 rings before realizing it’s ringing and I am not happy when I miss the call for this reason.

Easy to use
I just got my first call today and process was very easy. Excellent app!! Only thing is that the app only allows to select 2 languages. I feel like there shouldn’t be a limit. In my case I speak fluently 3 languages and wish I coule put in the third one:/
