I can’t even log in! You would think that with as much money as this company makes they would have a decent app!

This is quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever tried to utilize. If they gave you the option for zero stars, I would absolutely pick that you can’t log into your account. It won’t let you pass green. You never ever get to use any of the coupons because it won’t let you get to them, this whole app is a scam and a fraud

I can not get into the app to get coupons. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Still goes to server error. Why have a app for coupons if it doesn’t work.

Gives server error when logging in. Never logs in. If it isn’t going to work, fine. I’ve used the website forever and don’t mind, but I downloaded the app because every time i log in online it pops up at the bottom offering the app so I finally just got the app only to have it not work. Don’t advertise the app if it clearly doesn’t work.

New Marlboro app.
I can’t get it to work. The old app worked fine on my IPhone. This new version (BE) is hard to navigate and doesn’t work. I was recently going to Marlboro.com and entering the codes but as of today 7/5/2023 that site is down. Luckily I redeemed all of my points before the issue occurred. I’ll check back in the near future and see if they improved/repaired the app.

I tried to download the Marlboro rewards app and this is what I got when I loaded my rewards I lost all of them over 700 not happy at all!!!!!!!!!
