Great game but terrible developers, cheaters use software and devs don’t do anything about it
I used to love this game. Now the devs are so money hungry, they don’t care about their game experience anymore. The new servers are full of players who use alts to suppress other players (against the TOS), use soft to run multiple accounts and force active players out of the game, and certain players who are f2p perform better than p2p players. For a game advertised to be fun, I am extremely disappointed with the developer’s lack of communication. No point in advertising a VIP email for customer service if you never respond.

Last Update Caused a Problem
I really like this game however, I am not sure how to get help. Since the last update, it is taking forever to do the upgrading on the promotion costumes because you have to do one at a time. Previously you could do a large quantity at a time in order to promote the retainers. I hope that they will fix this issues soon. Thanks so much…loyal player, Shi Li

Useless customer service
Newest update has caused me to be unable to log in from FB. Messaged their support service & I get a reply to send an email to their ‘headquarters.’ Still no reply as I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game, restarted my phone, & cleared caches.
Need some help
I really like this game however, I am not sure how to get help with a few issues I am having. 1. I have a child ready for exam but can’t take it because she is supposedly still in a study tour. P2P
I’ve played for over 4 years. The game is awesome in the beginning but then becomes 100% p2p. You go against servers that’s been playing for a lot longer than you so becomes impossible to do well without spending big $$$. No parity at all or no keeping it close in competitions. So if your server becomes weak you have no chance because players become discouraged and quit…so just keeps getting worse. So the thousands you spend becomes pretty much useless

Don’t waste your time with this game, the developers don’t care about your gaming experience. They don’t enforce their own Terms Of Service which enables cheating.
The game itself is great and I love the game. I played a couple years ago and quit because of the bullying that is designed into the game. With thousands invested I was still unable to defend myself against an egotistical bully.
After not playing for 2 years, I returned because I love the game itself but the were people using Bots or programs and people with as many as 16 accounts on one server. Both of these are TOS violations and were reported several times by several players and the developers did nothing. The allow and enable cheating. With thousands invested in my new account, my invested want protected my the devs enforcing their own rules. Instead they allowed one player operating 16 free accounts to break the rules and cheat paying customers out of rewards and contests. I will never return to the game. And I would advise others to not waste their time, effort and money on this dumpster fire. Great game but awful support, moderation, and enforcement of rules and gaming standards.

Is not working

Fix the fb login
I haven’t been able to log into my account from the app with the fb login loosing my patience my user name is Todd0322 in server S44 grace I’ve spent a lot of money and want this resolved before I loose my stuff
It’s super repetitive and money grab.
They have admins posing as players so you’ll never make it past them unless you buy a ridiculous amount of gold. And then a week later they’ll pass you again. Events are what you need to raise your power and the only way to win the event is to have items that can be bought with regular money. But the special items that boost your score triple that are only purchased in gold

Please fix your connection for Asian Servers. I always keep getting connection errors whenever I play the game. I can’t even compete for titles because I keep getting kicked out from the game because of connection errors. This is a complain because my internet runs 1000mbps.
