App is not accurate of store inventory.
3 times now I have driven from south Alabama to Crestview Beach Liquors store because the app showed numerous bottles of bourbons being “available” and in stock. Each time the store employees said “nope” we don’t have any of that in stock. Every time it showed they were available to be delivered or curbside pickup in Crestview. I’m not sure what the point of this app is if it’s not an accurate representation of current available inventory.
