From the boardroom to the local branches, beacon bank is the real deal when it comes to community.
I just started online banking and making deposits. It’s so easy and quick!! I love it!
In a previous version of this app, before Berkshire Bank became Beacon Bank, I was able to label transactions, such as money transfers between accounts. However this feature appears to be missing in the current version which is unfortunate as I relied on it.
Cant open app as of a few days ago. Weird log in issues surrounding Face ID. Sad for a banking app.
In the previous app, you could add notes when you initiated a transfer. Now you have to make the transfer, wait a day or two for it to fully process, and the go back and add the notes to be the from and the to accounts. This is very frustrating.
Mixed banking super easy and the light out is easy to follow
The Brookline Bank app was much better and user friendly.
it is annoying that under deposits i can't see the name of the Zelle depositer
A small bank like BankRI had an amazing app where we could access all our accounts, both personal and business lines of credit, money market account savings, etc. Beacon Bank app does not allow us to have the personal account on it because it’s the same email address which is ridiculous and I am so frustrated I cannot wait to change banks.

There’s an option to enable Face ID in the app. You tap it, it verifies the Face ID, tells you it’s enabled. When you go to sign back in, you have to enter your password, every time!!! It’s a funny little inside joke the developers put in there! It’s annoying, and it makes me want to switch banks (as this is the 4th time mines been bought and sold), but it’s hilarious!

Deposits and transactions are inconsistent, they’re not the correct dates and they keep fraudulently overdrafting my account because of this issue and will not give me a refund even though I gave them receipts of my deposits and withdrawals clearly showing I had money in my account.
Excellent app, I like the service. This app just need to make Zelle for small businesses account
Trying to get into the app for Beacon Bank is frustrating. I want to do banking quickly. I have to enter my complete email address, then I have to enter my complete password, then I have to get a text and reproduce the code all to get into the bank app. Why can’t be in just allow people to use a passcode?

Every-time I go to sign in it tells me I have either. The wrong username or password. Been on the phone 4 times with the bank. Walked me through it and user names comes up right but they make me change the password again. I also have face recognition. I never had a problem with Bank RI with signing in. Had same password and user name for ten years.

Your commercial account bill pay needs a lot of work. It is basically unusable.
Excellent staff but the removal of the branch on the memorial road affect some of us living in Chicopee.
This works well for mobile deposit, which is my primary use. I appreciate how it automatically takes the photo of the check once you have it properly in frame. One improvement I’d like to see is that it should fill in the check amount based on the photo, so I don’t have to do that manually.
It doesn’t allow me to use my third-party app EveryDollar
Finally was able to log in. Took numerous try’s, but now it works. This new on line system for Brookline customers is a bit easier. Thanks
