Beacon by Vircho Health

Beacon is a field operations app used by staff at community-based organizations (CBOs) delivering food, health, and social support services to program members. The app helps organizations document and verify service delivery for programs funded through payer programs, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) initiatives, grants, and other community programs. Beacon creates a record of each delivery event by combining GPS location, timestamped photos captured at the time of service, and electronic visit verification (EVV). These records help organizations maintain documentation required by funders and program administrators. For Field Workers Beacon helps field staff manage and document service deliveries while in the field. Features include: • View list of deliveries near you • Capture GPS-verified, live photos at the point of delivery • Submit delivery confirmations that automatically update service records • Offline functionality for use in areas with limited connectivity For Program Managers Beacon provides tools for monitoring service delivery activity across field teams. Features include: • Real-time visibility into delivery status • Review delivery records and supporting documentation • Identify records that require review or follow-up • Monitor program activity across active service programs Account Required Beacon is intended for use by staff at organizations that use the Vircho social care coordination platform. A Vircho account issued by your employer is required to sign in and use the application. If your organization uses Vircho, contact your program manager or administrator to request access.
