Take the amount out WHEN I USE CARD
It would be nice if you guys took it out of my account when I use my card not three days later when I don't have money in there, we can put them in on the moon, but you can't get my account right the exact time that I use my card ??? then charge me a insufficient fund at 25 bucks apiece
What a joke
One of the worst banking systems I have ever been involved with. Constantly locked out especially on the weekend, the only reason still with them is because I can’t find nobody to match my interest rate on my mortgage.
Fast balance
I don’t know why, but I have an iPhone 14. I have the app. I’ve tried a lot of different things, but the fast balance works. Very little I have to keep logging in so I don’t know what’s going on with the fast balance feature it used to work fine
Face ID
It is very hard for me to figure out how to get my face ID working again.
Unreliable
Biometric forgets, signs you out and forgets your information daily, notification automatically turn off, gives an error message weekly…

It constantly crashes you have to log in 3 times to get it to work. Face ID never works and when it does they make change you password 2 days later negating the convenience of Face ID.

Questions
App always ask for verification when logging in…have to constantly update passwords like we don’t already have 1000 other unique passwords to change every 30 days. Stop this nonsense

I find the new on line use more steps and difficult to know what to do.

Supposed update!
I had just logged into my account on Tuesday! Now at almost 2:00 am on Wednesday it’s saying there is an update! But it’s not updating the Beacon Credit Union app! It takes me to intuit credit karma app! Please get this issue fixed! I’m so over it
App works pretty good
Generally easy to maneuver through the app. I wish you could go back farther on the phone app I’m diamonds. I want to go one year back and it only let me go about six months back. But all in all it works pretty good. Works better than the teachers credit union app.

Although Beacon is a great Credit Union, their app is definitely less than what it could be. App navigation is very clunky and laggy.
