App Is Useless
I’ve been a member since 2016 and this bank has always been 10 years behind technology compared to other companies. The app crashes often, when it does work, there is missing features causing me to delete/redownload the app, really frustrating trying to handle anything with the company when the technology doesn’t work and it’s never updated. Pulling all my money and putting it somewhere else asap.

Easy to navigate — sign in is quick — very easy to read — eliminates worries about getting to a branch on time — saves gas…
But I do miss seeing everyone — takes me back to when my credit union recognized me when I walked in the door.

New Features
With the new features like seeing your available balance without logging in is banking easy and simple especially when you are in a rush! Plus the ability to see your credit score is great, when you are working on building your credit.

I love the new update! My boyfriend used to make fun of me for having an “outdated” bank app but now my app looks better than his! So easy to use too!

New app is smoother and has way more features than the old one, love the update! Especially like the new features that let you link other accounts to it so I can see where all my finances are in one place. Very helpful since this is my main checking account.

BFCU mobile app
When doing a “deposit my check”, first pic of check is fine but second pic is cockeyed. Sorta like switching from portrait to landscape for second picture! Very hard to get all 4 corners in the field. This has been going on at least a year. I have asked BFCU to report problem but it has not been fixed. Very irritating! AND after you review the deposit it goes straight to “close the app”! I’d like to be able to do other transactions inside my account after making the deposit and not have to sign all the way back in. And it says “you already have the app open” but it makes you sign back in. HELP please
