I paid $50 and still have no content
It is frustrating to say the least that the app accepted my in-app purchase of $50+ to cover the cost of my church’s small group study—but then I never received access to the content. I message the Support Center multiple times and heard nothing back. I even emailed someone on staff at Southwestern College—never heard back. Maybe it works better through the online interface—but don’t expect any support if things don’t work the way they should.
