IOS Watch complication
So far so good but can we get a watch complication for Apple Watch?

Great App
I love the beam WiFi module on my opener I think the app should be updated with ability to turn the opener light on and off
app is a joke
doesn't work most of the time. i've lost count as to how many times i've had to delete and reinstall the app just to have it work once and not work again. garage door opener works fine, but useless app and website...
Stopped working
Linked the garage door to the app with no problem. Worked for a couple weeks, no problem. All of the sudden, everyone in the family can no longer use the app. We can open/close by logging in through the mobile browser or on a desktop…but the app itself won’t do anything.
Tried deleting and reinstalling. Now it won’t let us login. Tried resetting password, fails to send a reset link. Nothing on the app is working. Deadend no matter what you try.

Terrible with Terrible C/S
You can never get in touch with someone at customer service. You ALWAYS have to leave a message and then pray they call back the next day (best case scenario). The set up process with the sensor eye on the controller is terrible and extremely archaic type of IT.
More hassle than it’s worth
Nothing but issues so far. 90% of the time it doesn’t work or forgets control controller. Pretty upsetting.
One day wonder
App worked for one day now it won’t let me login and I can’t even request to reset my password. This thing needs a lot of work.
No working
The app has been failing a lot lately. It locks you out and won't let you log in even with your correct information.

I’ve set it up 3 times and keeps going to a setup screen instead of the controller to open or close the door
waste of money and not worth to buy it
No support with apple home kit. I get errors in iphone app all the time when opening/closing garage door about controller issues! Door Sensor eats battery power like crazy all the time! Need to work a lot on this to improve it for now not worth to buy it. Looking for a better solution.
Worst app
The door sensor goes through battery quickly. The app offers few functions, not in par with competitors. The app malfunctions when you need it. I have MyQ and Aladdin and they are much more reliable. Recently received repeated notifications that this app has a new version but guess what, the stupid developers have forgotten to build in the procedures to even update itself! Looks like the only way to update is to uninstall and reinstall, this is by far the worst app.

Great Product
I started using when it was the Garageio App years ago. The transition to Beam was seamless and the install was straight-forward and easy. Battery life is a minor concern but nothing I can’t deal with.

I was a long time customer of theirs when it was Garageio. I bought the replacement when that was end of life’s. This unit has been nothing but trouble. It chews up batteries like crazy. It frequently gives errors randomly like the controller requires a paired door sensor (it is) and the unit had too many failed open attempts. I also have a MyQ and that works flawlessly and rarely needs batteries. Getting locked out of the garage in the rain is the final straw. Just don’t get it.

Complete Garbage that will leave you locked out
I purchased this after they discontinued the Garageio device service which worked flawlessly for 8yrs.
I wish I could say the same about this device, but I’ve had nothing but problems since installing it this summer.
There were problems with the first sensor which would stop working when the battery level got to 65% - which would happen within just a few weeks. After a few chats with support (someone in Mexico that would have to call you), they sent me a new sensor. It’s only been slightly better since then, although the sensor still chews through batteries.
Now, I occasionally get a message that states “there have been too many failed open/close attempts, please push the button on the wall”.
So, this morning, I use the app to close the door and try to open it 2min later and get the message above. Yet now I’m locked out of my house.
I hope everyone reads this BEFORE buying this piece of junk. Find something better.

Do not buy this product/app
This company forced me to upgrade to Beam Home when they retired Garageio. I paid for a new device and installed it. Several times a week it gives the following error for no reason and will not let us open the garage door. Spend your money/time elsewhere

waste of money

Works rarely
It’s cool when it works but keeps erroring out and locks me out until i hit the button on the wall in the garage. Works like 3-4 times out of 10 then i have to reset it again.
