Beyond Expectations
Purchasing a Bean Box subscription has been one of my favorite things about 2025. Being exposed to so many great, artisanal roasters has really helped revitalize my love of coffee. I couldn’t be happier, money well spent.
Good beans
In the years I’ve been with Bean Box have not had a bad bag of coffee yet. It’s always fresh and tastes great.
Good, but
I have a one year subscription but I find my deliveries are too often. I would like the shipments be spread out. Also, if I see something I think I would like, I would want to make that part of my subscription, not charged for them also.

I have yet to experience a selection I haven’t absolutely loved. The subscription service is like a surprise in my mailbox. I love coffee again! Thanks Bean Box!
Coffee in the middle of nowhere
I recently had a child and I hate going out shopping when I have to drive over an hour. I love picking great coffee and getting it delivered to my door.

BEAN BOX GREAT PLACE TO GET COFFEE
I came upon Bean Box thru my purchase of an new Breville Espresso machine because my last one finally quit after 8 years. Long enough i think. So I found the same one at an awesome price on Amazon with payments with no interest. Anyhow Bean Box had an ad where you can purchase so many bags and you can get money back. Also two free bags of espresso which they sent they were very good. I got a grinder so I could grind my own beans which was cool. I looked into signed up for a monthly subscription. I realize that I am never going to use up two bags in a month so I contacted them and they were very nice about me canceling the communication was nicely done and fast. I got my one bag I ordered along with a free bag. I still am still going to order my bags when I am getting close to running out. I love so many choices to pick from so I can try different brands. I am enjoying Bean Box and will always be purchasing from them.

The best
They are amazing and proud to have found them. Quick, easy, and enjoy the variety of choices. Saving so much money by brewing my own at home instead of stopping at the local coffee shop, because most of my brews are better than the shops. Try one of their tasting samplers, so much fun!
App just updated and I love it
I have used the App for 3 years + and I have had no issues. The new update just dropped and I have to do a review. The App was best used for searching for “shipping today” coffee. I struggled with searching for coffees by types. #819 is my favorite and it is seasonal, but now… I have a huge selection of coffees to choose from. My favorites are still loaded, but now I am getting a cleaner HOME page instead of a few “new coffee” slides. Thanks Coffee Box for a much welcomed App update!

Bean Box Coffee Is Great but App is Awful!
App doesn't let you change coffee selection from whole beans to ground. They also market offering “treats” but there is nothing but coffee and gift packages on the app
Frustrating
I just want to look up my account….I can’t enter the contest …….without being able to make changes to my account!!!!
Why no account info on app?
I don’t understand what the app is for if you cannot see any of your account or subscription details? Can’t make changes, can’t see what’s coming? … Maybe its me, I don’t really get the purpose of the app?
User controls need improvement - coffee unimpressive
The user interface in the app is pretty awful, and there’s no way to change or delay your shipment. Really disappointing.
Coffee is great but customer service is terrible
The coffee is great and I enjoyed my subscription for a long time with no problem. Then last week I received an email from customer service saying there was a problem with my payment. I checked my card and found no problem on my end so I responded as such. The customer service representative continued to insist that there was a problem and told me that I needed to check my available funds. Not to be rude but it was also very obvious that English is not this person’s first language. I told them to just cancel my subscription. This company obviously doesn’t care about their customers judging by the poor customer service. I’ve never been so disappointed.

Worst app
Makes me want to quit subscription
Bean Box is great but this app is lacking
Don’t get me wrong- I absolutely adore Bean Box and everything it has to offer. This review is more for the app than the service. The app needs further development so that you are able to search for the coffees that you like, view the coffees that would be in your upcoming box, view any coffees you’ve received in the past (most of the coffees in the “my coffee” section are not what I have received.. head scratcher), the option to skip a month if you so choose, etc. There is a lot of room for improvement in the app and I do hope they will implement changes in the future.
